What is Adaptive Martial Arts?

Adaptive Martial Arts (AMA) is registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC), AMA will: 

  • promote opportunities in exercise and martial arts

  • support:

    • disabled people 

    • injured people 

    • people in ill-health

  • provide:

    • competition opportunities

    • training

    • sign posting

    • taster sessions

  • educate coaches 


We aim to provide a safe, inviting and peer orientated environment where people feel comfortable in trying out exercise and Martial Arts.

Our aim  is to increase confidence and self esteem, whilst giving the participants tools and contacts to go on to pursue sports and exercise with AMA, individually or by using our sign posting.

Who are Adaptive Martial arts?
