We are now offering outreach classes across the South West of England, if you run a community group, charity or school looking for additional activities we can help.

We can offer a structured one-off class or multiple sessions to meet your need. We can teach self defence or work through several martial arts in a structured programme to meet your needs.

We are fully mobile bringing our mats and equipment to you.

Rates vary depending on the number of participants and number of sessions.

All of our instructors are DBS checked, fully insured alongside AMA's insurance and first aid trained.
