Low Impact Classes
Exercise comes in all shapes and forms, we are keen to ensure everyone gets chance to join in.
Low impact exercise can improve your health and wellbeing in endless ways including fitness, there's no need to worry if you don't enjoy martial arts, lifting weights or doing circuits this is a fun and seated orientated class.
Our class is lead by Gina Hopkins (our CEO) and is designed to be a relaxed, fun and social class.
The class will start on a chair with a warm up, we will then move into functional exercises to background music, before having a cool down, stretch and maybe a cuppa.
The class will be seated with some standing where applicable. For those able to stand there will be a chance to do the exercises whilst holding onto a chair.
These classes will be 45 minutes and the first class free and £5 thereafter. This is a booking only class.
Just bring a drink, some banter and a good sense a humour.
